So good! I used spicy breakfast sausage, and I substituted light chive and onion cream cheese mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream. This is one of my new favorite soups!!

Delicious, filling. Swapped ground turkey for beef. Used own seasonings for meat. Swapped carrots for peppers. Could add 1/3 c small pasta if not making it Keto.

I substituted the meat for a plant based breakfast sausage,and used vegetable broth instead of beef broth and it still came out Delicious!!! Will make it again in the near future!

Aside from adding a bit (approximately 1 tbsp) of unsalted butter to the onions and celery as they were browing, I followed this recipe to a 'T' and it turned out AMAZING. I opted to use baby arugula as it has more flavor than baby spinach. I will most definitely make this soup again!

Made this twice in 1 week. First time with breakfast sausage and second with Italian sausage. Both turned out amazing. So delicious. Even my hubby likes it. But he did say it was alittle rich.

Delicious!! Made this last night for my husband and nephew and they loved it. I used hot breakfast sausage and it was the perfect heat. I also doubled the recipe. I will definitely be making again.

So I’m NOT on a keto diet but this looked so good I made some tweaks and it was delicious. Sautéed garlic with mushrooms I had and added at the end. I subbed and used 3/4 C half and half, 8 oz light cream cheese, used ground turkey instead of sausage. And it was delicious. I have no doubts it would be yummy in original state just not the diet I’m on. Glad to be inspired by this!!

Delicious. I followed the directions exactly though I was few tablespoons short of the full 8 oz of cream cheese. I will make it again. Remember to roast your bell pepper ahead!

This was great I used vegan sausage and fried in a batt of better, used chicken bullion instead of beef broth and used milk and sour cream instead of heavy cream very delicious.
