- 1 cup whipping cream (or sub with light/low fat whipped cream)
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (confectioners, /sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. Kahlua (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (choice, sugar free or normal)
- 3 Tbsp. almond milk (or any milk)
