Quick, easy, tasty and seemingly simple to satisfy visiting young palettes and accompanying parents with a few accommodating changes

Easy and great flavor. I didn’t have frozen potatoes so I used regular potatoes. I did sauté the onions and cubed ham for extra flavor as well.

Turned out great! I used plain O’Brian potatoes and just added some minced onion. I think we’re going to try kielbasa next time for something different.

Turned out great. Super easy to make, didn’t have O’Brien potatoes so had to add onion and peppers. Will definitely make again

Love it! I boiled potatoes, sauté the leftover ham with onions and bell pepper in a tablespoon of butter.. last I mixed all the ingredients into the casserole and cook as said on the recipe. Will definitely do this recipe again..

It was okay. A little too rich in taste for something so runny. Kind of like a chunky soup more than a casserole.

Awesome! My kid wants me to make it more often! It could bake a little longer though!

had a weird texture and weird after taste. more like a heavy creamy soup than casserole.

Great recipe, but added fresh onions and green peppers. I also touched it up with thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.

Great recipe! I just had regular hash browns so I added a little minced onion. Turned out great and it’s really quick and easy to make. We’ll definitely have this again.

I used pepper Jack cheese with this and it added just a little spice. Family loved it. Will make again. Easy to make and very good.
