The salmon was beautiful and I ended up serving it with some lemon and herb orzo. Had to add lemon juice for some much needed acidity, otherwise the food was kind of one note. But the addition of the freshly squeezed lemon juice helped to liven up the dish.

Good, easy, but bland - will add something more to the sauce next time (spices, or white wine, and/or mushrooms, etc). But love quick and easy!

Fantastic recipe!! Even family members that do not normally enjoy Salmon really liked this.

This was great dish— as I do with any recipe, there were some tweaks. First I only had chicken broth so I used that along w/white cooking wine. I also had to sub the spinach w/spinach & argula package that I hd on hand. Finally, I didn’t use as much heavy cream —1/2 cup.. worked beautifully.
