This was SO GOOD! It was my first attempt at cooking scallops and they came out perfectly! I added the zest of a medium lemon and half the juice as the sauce reduced. It was the acid that was needed to balance the flavors. I also added the pasta to the sauce and scallops and coated well before serving. Final touch grated Parmesan cheese! So delicious and will be making again!

Can we say yum!! I used Sea Scallops (6). The sauce is wonderful. Rich and creamy. I had plenty of sauce for the pasta. This is definitely not WW! Hehe

Recipe was ok and easy to make
Nothing special though and a little bland
I sprinkled parm cheese over the servings

Took longer than thirty minutes but it was very well worth the time. This one will definitely be repeated.

More of a sear on the scallops, didn’t get enough of one but overall very good
