- PREPARE pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1 cup cooking water. MELT butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. SLOWLY whisk in milk and ½ cup reserved water. Cook, whisking frequently, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese until melted. Add pasta and parsley to saucepan; toss to coat. Loosen with remaining reserved water if needed.

Decent. I kind of just used the recipe as a guide. It’s good, I’d probably add grilled chicken, scallops or shrimp next time

Tasted kind of bland but not horrible. My sauce got kind of sticky, I might have added too much flour. But not a horrible recipe.

The sauce was very tasty but sticks together when cooled down. It can’t be used for leftovers because the butter separated from the rest of the sauce.

Quick and easy. We added 6 oz of Quorn "chicken" and got two servings out of it.

Came out nice I didn’t make enough sauce so I will increase it next time. As I had to use dry pasta so it effected the outcome but still very nice sauce no complaints.
