It was fantastic, my family wants me to make again for sure. I used shaved brussel sprouts instead and was a hit!

Not the greatest recipe if you like Brussel Sprouts. Way too rich and even more hassle

Turned out better than I expected.
We liked the creaminess and the cheeses, it all just worked well together.

Bomb! I took it up a notch and made it a full meal by adding grilled diced chicken and sun dried tomatoes. A delicious and well rounded meal that I'll definitely make again soon.

Delicious! Made them for our Memorial Day Family BBQ and they were a hit! Added some Asiago cheese as well and it all blended nicely. Will definitely make again!

I am definitely a beginner in the kitchen. This was super simple and super delicious! I skipped out on the bacon altogether & it was still tasty.

The family loved this. I omitted the bacon to make it a bit healthier, and honestly, the caramelization of the Brussels sprouts imparts a smoky flavour all on its own anyway, so I really didn't miss the bacon. Will definitely be making again.
