I add 1/2 cup Chablis and it ups the taste over white rice it's addictive

I used half the amount of salt it says to use after reading other reviews and it was perfect! Will definitively be making it again!

I made this and my family absolutely loved it. I used 8 oz of sliced mushrooms and 1/3 cup of heavy cream and chichen broth. I will be making this again.

This came out so well! It was a proper restaurant quality meal and it is so versatile; can be eaten with anything !

This was really delicious. I used chicken breasts, white wine instead of chicken broth, and a mix of thyme, basil, saage, and rosemary for herbs. Served it over long grain and wild rice with steamed snow peas.

Yummy! I was looking for something quick & easy and this fit the bill perfectly. I did have to substitute a few items. I used whole milk & dry herbs (rosemary, thyme & sage) and it still had my husband coming back for seconds. I have to agree on the salt. Next time I will cut in half.

Herbs need to be REALLY minced. Used rosemary and it's so tough, might not use it next time. But it was a hit with all 5 of us!

great recipe! i thought it was too salty for my taste but my husband LOVED it so i will be making it again.... very simple and quick.

Yum! Made the house smell awesome! Hubs walked in and said," ooo, it smells like some fancy restaurant!" My mushrooms were a bit bit, so I would suggest rough chopping them and adding a bit more if you're into mushrooms
