i picked this recipe because it uses milk and not heavy cream which I never have on hand. It was good, definitely creamy, I would prefer a bit more garlic taste. Easy enough tho for a quick sauce

This simple recipe was delicious. It didn't thicken quite as much as I wanted, but I think I can play around with it. I loved that I didn't need heavy cream.
