Delicious! I discovered that I didn’t actually have curry powder when I was partway through this process, so substituted: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp tumeric, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/3 tsp paprika. Absolutely delicious. Will make again.
