I really enjoyed these. My mother used to make these all the time when I was growing up and this recipe is the closest to hers that I've tried.

Good stuff. A bit creamy for our taste so halved the cream sauce and added cherry tomatoes

Really yummy. Refreshing clean taste. Would have given 5 stars, but after 30 minutes in the frig it turned to soup. Still a do over. Almost like my Mama's I grew up with.

Very good as written. Made it that way and also a version adding cherry tomatoes and a little diced onions excellent with the additions
