Very delicious!! I will definitely make it again. It took much longer for the lentils to cook than the recipe noted (closer to 1.5hrs) I might try pre soaking the lentils ahead next time

So quick and easy to make and it’s so flavorful! Only tip would be to grate the ginger instead of chopping it unless you really really like ginger pieces.

Very simple and yummy. I added a diced jalapenos for just a little heat. We ended up needing to cook for for a couple hours to get the lentils soft.

Amazing flavour but for some reason it turned out to way too much liquid making it into a soup... Next time I’ll add 2 cups lentils!

Delicious! I actually added carrots and peas, as well as a little bit more coconut Mille for a creamier texture. It's delicious both like the original recipe and the changes I made.

Made this yesterday. It was very tasty. I don't think the lentils cooked long enough even after 45 minutes, but I look forward to re-runs today when all the spices will have settled in nicely. Felt good eating a vegan dish, too!

It was good, but not amazing. I added in sweet potatoes, red pepper, and onions. I also served it over rice

This was pretty good but I added some yellow currey powder. To me it's not currey without the currey

I really liked it, but I added a diced potato to it and when it was all done I mashed with a fork the potatoes to thicken the sauce. I would make this again.

Well I didn't exactly follow the recipe but I really enjoyed the way it turned out anyway! :) I added corn and some leek and skipped coconut milk and fresh cilantro since I didn't have that at home, and switched from brown lentils to red lentils. Very spicy but I really like the taste, not as thick as I would've expected thoough.

Lentils turned out great! Very flavorful with a little kick to it. I needed to cook the lentils a little longer than the recipe called, but everyone at our dinner party enjoyed it
