Delicious! My sweet potato was probably bigger than the recipe called for, so the sauce came out a little thick. I also added an extra garlic clove and an extra chipotle pepper, and served over chickpea penne. Will definitely be making this again!

Super tasty! I had to add more water when blending to get the consistency I like, otherwise it would be too thick. Definitely add more veggies than just the mushrooms. I added 1 full red pepper; plus chilli flakes, parmesan, and parley as garnish.

This is probably like 4.5 stars. The sauce is really really good. Used whole wheat pasta and the sautéed mushrooms are a great touch. Relatively quick meal as well
