Delicious. So easy and quick. I only replaced the Half and half with heavy cream since that’s what I usually have in the refrigerator. I also used 50% more mushrooms because we love them

I like this recipe a lot. Quick and easy with simple ingredients. I added spinach and brown rice to clean out the fridge.

Really delicious, although I used whipping cream cause I had it and I roasted a little fryer in advance and used some of the meat instead of chicken thighs. Doing this, it came together in 1/2 an hour. Excellent!

Delicious!! Doubled the recipe for my family of five. Turned out great. Served it with buttered Sourdough toast which soaked up the liquid amazingly. Everyone loved it.

This was really yummy! I love a good, creamy mushroom soup! The only problem I had was chopping the vegetables!! Limited hand strength!! I would definitely make this again!!

I paired this soup with Avocado and roasted red pepper grilled cheese sandwiches...it was a huge hit!

It was a good starter recipe. I doubled chicken so then had to add more liquid/seasoning accordingly. Used portobello mushrooms instead of crimini. And cooked longer to let veggies get softer. Also threw a couple leek leaves in to simmer because I had them. It was good!

Ok, so this was my first attempt at soup. I double the recipe as we have a family of 5 and only found 1 thing wrong with it. There still wasn’t enough. The whole family loved it. The wife even took some to work. Turn out great!! Will definitely make it again.

Added a touch of smoked paprika, drained diced tomato and 1/2 cup rice. Adjusted liquid to account for rice by adding more cream and stock

I used chicken broth that I made from pieces and added the meat at the end. Very good!

Really satisfying cream of chicken soup without being overly creamy or too thin. Made this with chicken stock made in the instant pot & I highly recommend to use homemade stock.

Used evaporated milk And flour slurry. Also added red wine, extra mushrooms, and wild rice. Very hearty and tasty!

Used chicken breast as that is all I had, but added a bit of pancetta for some fatty flavor, plus risoni for a bit of bite. Turned out great!

It was very good. I used more mushrooms but didn’t use the celery. It was extremely flavorful and I would make again
