- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 5 Tbsp. light butter (I use Land O’Lakes)
- 2 cups fat free half and half
- 16 oz. gnocchi (package of, I used Wegmans mini gnocchi, but regular-sized gnocchi are just fine!)
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (torn)
