I added chopped onion, a Bayleaf, dried oregano, garlic, olive oil, and slap Ya Mamma Cajun seasoning. Used chicken thighs instead of breasts and cooked on high for 4 hours so the rice doesn’t get mushy.

instead of half an half I put milk and also add mushrooms.
Was fabulous soup! Of course I would do it again!

Yummy, quick and easy. Certainly could decrease the butter and half and half to your own taste.
