    Love this! I add probably triple amount of mushrooms and I also add quite a bit of regular mustard just because we love it. Great flavor, great recipe!

    At the end of the directions they mentioned instead of doing a full cup of sour cream that you are able to do half sour cream and half whipping cream. I’ve done both versions and prefer the half/half version, it makes it more saucy rather than thicker. You can also add a little more broth to thin it out. We served it over rice and kids liked it.

    turned out great! I'm terrible with measuring exact quantities and I didn't have white wine at home (used red), so I did things quite ad hoc and adjusted the quantities of stock, mustard, etc to taste. I added a dash of white vinegar at the end, and also added spinach just for something green. It was great served over plain noodles and managed to keep okay in the fridge for a day without the sour cream splitting!

    I doubled this recipe, used Marsala and white wine, and added lemon juice at the end. It was served over egg noodles and was delish.

    very well received. I carved the chicken breasts from a whole chicken to ensure the meat was tender and juicy. Will probably do this again but I still prefer beef stroganoff over chicken.

    Tasted very good I doubled the recipe for my family and added a little more wine than asked for :). Substituted button mushrooms instead and used spicy mustard instead of ground mustard...

    It's the first time I cooked Chicken Stroganoff but definitely not the last. Very tasty and easy to prepare. I have used half sour cream, half double cream and the result was absolutely amazing.

    I doubled the broth and wine because there wasn't much liquid while cooking, and halved the sour cream because a cup seemed like it would be too much. I prefer thighs over breasts, seasoned with tarragon and black pepper, and served everything with egg noodles. Delicious!
