This was delicious. I had leftover grilled chicken so I just made the sauce in a skillet and added the chicken to heat it through. So easy!

This is one of those dishes I can eat until I don’t feel well. The sauce is so delicious. My husband and I love it!

I just made this for dinner last night, and I already plan on making it regularly. I was a bit skeptical of how it might turn out but it did not disappoint. I only wish I had made more - truly addicting. I will admit that I doubled spice, and added cayenne (we like things a bit spicier in my household).

This has been a regular in our dinner rotation since the first time I made it. It's so simple and quick! It's one of my favorites when I'm running late on making dinner, since I usually keep a bag of chicken tenders in the freezer and salsa and sour cream on hand. Each time I make this my man says "Yeah! I love this stuff!" I typically make it just as directed, though a couple times I didn't have cilantro so I used thinly sliced green onions.
