Family approved of this one. I used two whole breasts (and butterflied them open) instead of four. Sauce reduced and thickened nicely but everyone liked it so much I'll want to double the sauce next time. Added peas along with the broth too, just to sneak more veggies in.

Wasn’t bad. After making the sauce I felt it was bland and kind of milky so added more chicken broth. After that I felt it needed an acid so added lemon juice. This did help. The sauce had the consistency of milk instead of cream. I served it over rice and pasta. The rice was better because it absorbed the sauce better. I’m not sure that I’ll make this again.

I read all the reviews so I floured the chicken, I used fresh garlic, I doubled the recipe for the sauce. I cooked the sauce longer and added a roux. It was still not very thick and I also thought it was bland! Cream of mushroom soup would probably give it more flavor! Not a fan of this recipe

This was quic and easy but bland for my family..... the sauce was thick and I doubled it to pour over rice, which was great but it needed more flavor. I will work on it and report back when I do.

Incredible- my father loved it… my wife, not so much but confessed that she is not into creamy sauces nor mushrooms. Used double cream and white wine - lots of stiring / whipping to thicken the sauce. Servered with crusty bread.

Not quite the traditional chicken marsala I love, but tastes good as it’s own chicken dish. It has a distinct mustard taste, but tasty and I’m not a mustard fan. I had some trouble getting a thick enough sauce so I’ll have to try again with some flour. Overall, I would make again!

Have made this recipe many time—sometimes using chicken thighs.—excellent. Thank you for the recipe!

i didnt have chicken broth but used bone broth instead and instead of the heavy whipping cream, i used cream or chicken and mushroom soup with angel hair😉

I have made this recipe twice. It is so good! Easy and quick at the end of a long busy day.

It turned out amazing! I increased the amount of sauce because I needed some extra for the egg noodles that I served it over. Boiled some broccoli florets in salted water and drained as a side and this was a “extra special” quick and easy weeknight meal for a family of 7.

It turned out very well. My husband said it was restaurant quality. Thank you Yummly you’re the best. Papusas will be made tomorrow

Magical flavors, I used cornflour mixed with a bit of stock to thicken, (added after the cream etc) also cooked up some bacon and added at the end. The only query I have is the recipe states slicing the chicken but the photo looks like it’s not sliced. I used half chicken thigh fillets and didn’t slice them. Thanks for the recipe. It’s a winner

It can be served with pasta or rice, but prefer pasta.

I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for awhile. I love Chicken Marsala from the Cheesecake Factory but it’s far enough away that I can’t go there very often. This recipe was amazing! I won’t need to travel at all because I can make it at home!
