I made this last night and it was good, but I did not use the seasoning and would recommend using it only because it needs something extra. We added taco sauce and salsa when eating to give it a little more flavor. The recipe is easy and creamy. Enjoy!

Could use some more flavor. This was easy to make, but taste-wise, it was bland. I like a little kick to my enchiladas, so in the future, I would probably add some sort of seasoning. Otherwise, from a preparation standpoint, it was great, but just OK on flavor.
