- salt

- 2 cups sliced leeks (thinly)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced fresh)
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Argo Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Thyme
- chopped parsley

Directions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels; cut each breast into 2 to 3 pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
