Loved it. have made it multiple times, but i switch it up using beef stock with beef or chicken stock and add chicken.

As previously said, the proportions are way off. I halved the amount of cauliflower and kept the rise as it is but still it was not enough. The taste is a little bland but works well as comfort food.

I think where I went wrong was using frozen cauliflower instead of fresh. Way too much liquid. I asl felt it was a bit bland. So I shredded some Parmesan into it and that made it more tasty.
I’d try it again, really wanted to like it.

Could have used a lot more rice . The cauliflower and rice ratio is way off .

Doesn't look like the picture. I think it calls for too much liquid. I used cauliflower from the produce section that was already chopped maybe too fine. I'll try it again but will make several changes

Very delicious and great taste. The garlic really makes it fragrant and amazing. I served it as a side dish and everyone loved it.

I made this last night with some fresh fish and crisp green beans and it was delicious! So glad I tried it...I could probably eat just this as a meal lol will definitely add to my rotation.
