This needed a lot of doctoring to give it some flavor. Following the recipe as written, it just tasted like plain cauliflower, and it didn't have the creamy consistency shown in the picture. I doubled the tahini and oil and used about a full teaspoon of each of the spices (not a pinch as called for). I also added the zest of a whole lemon in addition to the lemon juice, and I added about a tablespoon of champagne vinegar as well. The end version was great and got devoured at our party but it took a lot of playing around with the recipe to get there.
