- 1/3 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 pinch sea salt (and pepper)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic (. minced)
- 5 cups cauliflower
- 2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 cup almond milk (plain, or any plain plant milk)
