simple and delicious. we doubled the recipe, as always, and used bacon instead of pancetta.

Great. Added a little corn starch because I was nervous it wouldn’t thicken. Served with chicken

This was easy and very yummy I used heavy cream bc I had leftover from Christmas which made it richer

I had to add some flour and water to thicken the sauce. I used a blend of Pecorino and Parmesan and a mix of bacon and Pancetta. It was delicious!

I found 1&1/2 cups Parmesan to be too much. Although I used flaked Parm, perhaps that was the issue. I also used half and half with some heavy cream, and if I made it again I would only uses the half & half.

This was very good. Substituted bacon and spaghetti squash. Tip so you dont get curdled eggs in your sauce: temper a little bit of the warmed cream in a small bowl with the yolks little by little

I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but that was about 50 times too much basil. I couldnt eat it. I ended up eating ice cream for dinner so I guess that's not a total loss.

It turned out ok, we struggled to whisk the mixture in the pan so it was a bit lumpy

I've made this recipe before, but used a different way of making it. Never used cream before. This sounds like a good way of getting it real creamy. I will make it tonight for dinner.

Turned out very good! I used bacon as a substitute & for anyone new to this type of dish be careful not to scramble your egg as the sauce will be less creamy & more chunky!

soo yummy and easy to cook. I used bacon instead of panchetta, and also added chicken, garlic and some chicken stock. 10/10 i will be using this recipe as a guide for all my future carbonara meals.

was really good and easy to make. I would put less cheese when cooking and add them after. I didn't have pancetta ... Used salmon and squid instead for the protein. Will do it again with pork and less cheese i the mix.

Turned out great! I added some fresh garlic and shallots to the pancetta as well as pesto and sundried tomatoes to the egg yolks before combining with the half and half. Will definitely be making again.
