Came out perfect! Just doubled up on the ingredients for the 16oz pasta. Kept it with 1 whole rotisserie chicken. Super easy to make.

I loved this recipe. Should've used a slightly less salty Cajun seasoning because it was too salty for my mum. Other than that she liked it

This recipe was amazing. I doubled the whole recipe since 8ozs of cooked pasta is really only like one serving though using 2 chicken breast is like 4 servings. I didn't use rotisserie chicken but chicken breast, seasoned well, browned and then baked in the oven for about 20 min. I coated it with the cajun seasoning after shredding it. For those that think it is soupy, or it still came out soupy for you, you just need to let it cook longer on the stove. the heavy cream and milk will eventually thicken. As for the milk I used evaporated milk instead of low fat.

my man loved it, he recommended adding tomatoes next time. i also added more cajun seasoning to make it a little more spicy and added shrimp too. came out so good!

I added sundried tomatoes and skipped the milk, was so creamy and the flavour was wonderful. Will make again!

It was delicious! I sautéed some cherry tomatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic before adding the cream and milk. I think I made too much sauce so next time I’ll do a little less than a cup of each so it’s not soupy. Overall very good and my household enjoyed it enough to eat again!

Amazing! We didn’t have rotini so we used bow tie pasta and it turned out great. This most definitely will be in our pasta dish rotation.

Absolutely delicious! My family loved it! You can always play around with the measurements. I never used Scallions so I substituted it with a few slices of red onions and it came out absolutely delicious. I paired it with a slice of Italian Bread and a nice cold drink. Thank You Yummly for giving me the confidence to cook!
