I made this as is and added chicken to make it a more substandial dinner. it was good but next time I will make a couple changes next time. 1. adding the first half of cheese directly to the sauce and 2. roasting the Brussels instead of boiling them.

Great treat, recipe provided is for al dente sprouts. If you like em not as crunchy boil for extra 3-4 mins
