- 1 potatoes
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli (chopped, thawed)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 oz)

Directions
- In 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
- In blender, puree soup in two batches. Garnish with cheese.
