Loved the soup! One of my new favorite Recipes!! Super tasty! Love it even more with sour bread!

This is a delicious soup, I made it as directed and it turned out great! The only thing I would do differently would be to double the recipe

We changed this recipe using bone broth to increase the protein a bit. We also did sharp & mild cheddar cheeses for our own liking. It was absolutely wonderful! I can't believe I got my husband to eat broccoli. Not only one bowl, but two! We will definitely be making it again.
