Description
Have you tried Brazilian Limeade? Aka Brazilian Lemonade aka Creamy Lemonade aka Swiss lemonade? We’ve seen lots of our friends over on TikTok making it & decided to give it a try. The classic version uses all limes, but we used a mix of lemon and limes as that’s what we had on hand. We learned one traditional method is to blend the whole citrus with cold water and sweetened condensed milk and then strain it. The resulting beverage is thick, frothy, creamy, tart and refreshing all at the same time. If you are worried about the mixture getting bitter with all that lime skin and pith, the key is all in how long you blend it. Keep it quick! Spike it with vodka (as we did here) for the perfect summer cocktail or top it simply with sparkling water for a beautiful mocktail…
