- 4 Tbsp. protein powder (choice, I use whey)
- 1 Tbsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (soaked overnight)
