- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 1/2 lb. beef cubes
- 4 tsp. minced garlic (This was 6 smaller cloves of garlic for me)
- 1 cup yellow onion (minced, this was one onion for me)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (I use Savoy Coconut cream because it has no preservatives)
- 2 cups tomatoes (strained, Pomi is my favorite brand, made with only tomatoes)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 rutabaga (medium-large, peeled and diced)
- 4 cups kale (chopped, this was about 7 leaves for me)
- 1 cup red pepper (diced, this was one small red pepper for me)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
