- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon (crisp-cooked and crumbled)
- 4 green onions (finely chopped)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Turn into 1-1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with your favorite dippers.
