I like Avocado and I like Egg Salad so I thought I give this a try. I used half Sour Cream and half Mayo, added a few little Grape tomatoes, rest as per recipe. In my opinion 1 whole Avocado is too much, it's overpowering and since Avocado and Eggs haven't got much taste with by themselves to start with it makes the Egg salad tasted very bland although I seasoned with salt and pepper and even a little paprika. I think Egg salad needs tastier spices such as curry, paprika, etc - I won't make this particular one anymore.

This was tasty, although I ended up putting more spices and sour cream in. Not amazing, but I love avocado and this is a good chance to add protein to it, so I'll be making it again. With hot pepper next time

easy and delicious. made a double batch for lunch the next day. will make again for sure.
