Excellent! My 12 year old made it, so can’t be too difficult.
Second time made - halted the asparagus and halted the shrimp, everything else was the same and that was the perfect proportions.

Very easy and delicious! Added sautéed mushrooms for more flavor! Would definitely make again. Easy for a quick elegant company dinner.

very easy to make. tweaked it a bit, a little more half and half, used parmesan since i didn't have percorino available. delicious! will make this again!
