Love thus recipe.
I did modify slightly. I used butter, onions, garlic then half/half about 1/2 cup then added spinich (popeyes) salt/pepper and added more garlic and parmesean cheese. Very quick. Delicious

Used fresh baby spinach and reduced ingredients. Also, used cream cheese instead of herb cheese. Used Wondra for flour. Delicious. Have some leftover, so am going to mix in some broccoli florets for another meal. Do need 2 bags of baby spinach of serving more than 2 people.

Great! I’ve never had creamed spinach before and I loved it. Instead of milk I used fat free 1/2 n 1/2.

Delicious! Used some frozen chopped spinach to subsidize the bag of fresh I had, low fat cream cheese with added fresh herbs instead of the borsin. Good recipe with lots of flavor.
