I was a bit apprehensive at first since I've never cooked veggies this way but it turned out good. It pairs perfectly with any meat.

Made this tonight, both my husband and I thought it was delicious. Also used half and half instead of the cream. Will absolutely be making this again.

My husband is obsessed! He requests this all the time now and wonders why he hasn’t been eating leeks his whole life. I cut the butter down to 2 tbs and I often use half and half instead of full cream. Still creamy and delicious
