I doubled this recipe for Christmas dinner. Everyone loved it! I used 2% milk with no problems and used a little less sugar. Yum!

I added some red pepper flakes and some sharp cheddar cheese and it was delicious!!

Omg is all I have to say about this! I’ve made many different versions of this Casserole, but, this one, by far, is the best! It’s the ultimate creamed corn casserole! Flavorful, creamy and moist. So yummy!

It was very delicious. I doubled and just added a little less milk and that was the key for good texture.

Perfect! Just like the recipe predicted. I only had salted butter so I left out the added salt. I am pleased with this recipe.
