Really good. I used Almond Milk and about 1/3 cup of Half & Half and served on sourdough toast. I haven't had it since I was a child. Momma would be proud.

This helped me create my on spin I added smoked paprika and Worcestershire sauce.

It was good, a little too much milk to thicken up the sauce, i will cut back on the milk next time
