- 1 cup shallots (diced)
- 1 cup white onion (diced)
- 20 cloves garlic (depending on how garlicky you like it!)
- 2 cups full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 3 tsp. thyme (I use lemon thyme)
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (butter, or ghee, or a combo)
