- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced. I used portobello mushrooms but you can use other varieties like button or Italian brown mushrooms or a mix.)

- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 2 bay leaves
- sea salt
