I only added ripple pea milk to make it creamier. It turned out delicious.

Fantastic
Definitely will make it again.Just made it .now got to add dill and lemon.even without that it's yummy.did not add any stock .boiled and reduced brocolli stem and leek greens in water.added it to the soup
