Description

This gluten free cream cheese and potato gratin is easy to make and ready in less than an hour. Tuna and bacon make this casserole a full meal in one pan. Substitute vegetables for the tuna and bacon to make a vegetarian version.

  • 150 grams fresh mushrooms
  • 75 grams bacon (cut in thin slices)
  • 1 package philadelphia cream cheese
  • cheese (Yellow, choice, grated, to gratin)

    1. Peel potatoes, and cut in cubes. Boil in salted water.
