I loved these cookies and I can't wait to make them again. The recipe doesn't make much more than 2 dozen of decent size, from now on I'll at least double the recipe. The only thing I would change would be to not chop up the white chocolate as fine as I did. I think just cutting them in half is good enough to know you're eating white chocolate. I also recommend keeping them refrigerated. Using the fresh strawberries I was concerned that they would get moldy but we ate them quick enough to not have to worry about that! I like mine frozen and these are no exception. They do not freeze solid, just a little crunch on the outside and creamy on the inside. Delicious
