- 5 eggs (Egg whites will work too, add 6 egg whites.)

- 1 cup shredded cheese (Sharp Cheddar)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. parsley (Optional topping)

Not our favorite. I think there is a missing ingredient- maybe milk or cream? I’ve never seen a quiche recipe without one or the other. I added some half and half but the filling still seemed wrong. Also that is a LOT of garlic powder.
