- 1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled (I use mild breakfast sausage but it would be great with spicy italian sausage!) (cooked and crumbled, I use mild breakfast sausage but it would be great with spicy italian sausage!)
- 10 oz. rotel (I used hot and it had quite a kick! If you don't love a lot of spice, go for original or mild)
