I made three small loaves from this recipe for Christmas gifts. I kept one as a sample. It started to come apart as I as taking it out of the paper loaf container, so I ran a knife along the sides of the others and left them alone. They can be sliced in the container and taken out. It was tasty. I always cut the sugar but didn’t on this because they were for Christmas. They turned out to be not that sweet anyway. I will make again and probably try a regular sized loaf pan.
