    I could only taste sugar and eggs, not the butter, not the cream cheese. I added only 1.5C of sugar, but was still too sweet.

    Excellent pound cake - fine, moist crumb. I added a few drops of pure almond extract; the flavor was wonderful. It was easy to mix up; just note that the batter filled the mixing bowl, almost overflowing. I baked it in a convection oven; took an hour and 15 minutes.

    delicious!!!! i will say, you definitely need a large mixer for this, a handheld wont cut it. additionally, it made for that a regular Bundt, i was able to make a mini loaf with it. highly recommend using Convection (if you have it) as this cake is hard to cook thru!

    It's good. I used 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (by accident) and it was great! Next time I'm trying it with lemon flavor
