I really like these!! They were super easy to make too!! I will definitely be making these a lot.

This is a great recipe. Super tasty! One major fix: beat the cream cheese and egg mixture instead of blending. If you use a hand mixer instead of a blender, you get a beautiful fluffy batter instead of a thin one. Makes the pancakes easy to flip and wonderfully thick and fluffy. Other than that, this is the perfect keto, low cal pancake recipe.
