Definitely add syrup or fruits. It was a bit too liquidy for me, so I added some almond flour.

The pancakes tasted okay I ate mine with some purées strawberry on top. They were not as fluffy as the picture makes them out to be however.

Very good w/ a few pieces of dark cocoa chips and rolled up and a few raspberries on top. Would definitely make again!

This was easy to make but more like a crepe as opposed to a pancake.

Delicious I topped them with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream sweetened with powdered erythritol

I didn’t enjoy it. I made it and it tasted like a strange omelette but flat and dry and bad. I also tried it with coconut flour like the comments suggested and didn’t like it. It tastes even worse with the coconut flour. Would not recommend.

Mostly cream cheese flavored egg. Add a cup of coconut flower and it actually turned out well.

Great pancakes, second time around. Note to self: only needs medium heat pan. Very easy to burn!

Quite delicious alternative! I didn’t miss the flour pancake at all! Definitely making again!

A little eggy and flat but overall pretty good once I put butter on them. I used the Smuckers Sugar-free syrup.

it was a little bit bitter and not as tasty as I expected and the batter's too thin. I don't think i'll cook it again.

Love these pancakes. The baking powder helps fluff them up & the cinnamon & vanilla adds great flavor. So easy to whip up. Will be making them often!!

It was a good replacement for our Saturday pancake breakfast. Kids weren’t thrilled because I didn’t have any sweetener for them so I left it out.

These were good! They were filling enough that I had a couple bites left over. Naturally, these aren't fluffy in texture at all, but rather a bit chewy.

Great recipe! Fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness!

Delicious! I used a mixer instead of a blender.

Amazing! Tastes delicious and so fluffy, added one scoop of protein to make them protein pancakes.
These went together quickly and were a nice surprise for me I thought that I'd never have another pancake when I started this new way of life. They are really light and paired well with a bit of cream cheese and blueberries. Thank you for the recipe!
